Late Notice Policy

We have a strict 12 hour Late Notice Policy. By booking an appointment and signing consent you agree to provide a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment or a Late Notice fee of 100% of the scheduled fee may be charged.

We understand that there may be circumstances out of your control and we will leave that open to be communicated before applying the fee.

Further appointments cannot be made until fees are paid in full.
